This is an embroidered patch with heat seal backing. You can sew it on or iron on the clothes, vests, shirts, sweaters, jackets, jeans and caps.

The Spanish motorcycle firm of Montesa was formed in 1944 by Pedro Permanyer and Francisco Xavier “Paco” Bulto (who would later go on to form the other Spanish motorcycle company Bultaco.)  Montesa focused mainly in Europe with street, enduro and trials bikes.  And like its other Spanish cousin fell on rough times in the 1980s.  However, in 1985 with a partnership with Honda, Montesa still produces primarily trials bikes with a mixture of native and Honda components.
